By making a purchase, you are agreeing to and acknowledging the following:

Once your order is placed, no changes will be accepted.

Please double check all spellings on customized pieces. How ever you send it to me will be how it is on your tumbler. 

I do not send updates or progress photos. 
Each tumbler is handcrafted and takes many hours to complete. Sending updates and taking process photos takes time away      from other orders and slows my work down immensely.  

There are no guarantee that non-glittered tumblers will be sparkle free.
While I strive for as much perfection as possible, I am still human and glitter is, well, wayward. Remember, these item are handmade with love and minor imperfections will occur. This can include color mixing, small bubbles, glitter flecks, waves or resin stones.
